COVID-19 - Our Response
With the advent of COVID-19, Bendigo Saw Sharpening are committed to doing whatever possible to assist our clients throughout the current pandemic. We are fully operational and continue to provide the same excellent service to the industry, whilst taking measures to ensure the safety of all clients and suppliers and minimise risk associated with COVID-19.
WHAT WE ARE DOING TO MINIMISE RISK OF COVID-19:
Bendigo Saw Sharpening have adopted preventative hygiene measures as recommended by the Australian Government Department of health (health.gov.au).
- All staff are required to follow sanitary practices as recommended by the department of health (health.gov.au)
- Hand Sanitizer made available to staff and customers
- Staff are required to maintain Social Distancing behaviour as per Government Regulation
WHAT WE ASK OF CUSTOMERS & SUPPLIERS
As per current Government Regulations, we ask that any customers or suppliers that have been overseas in the last 14 days or in contact with a known case of COVID-19 refrain from visiting our premises. Items that are required to be sharpened may be sent in via courier as an alternative where required; we can then return them via courier or post as applicable.
HOW WE CAN ASSIST YOU IN THE CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES

Where it is not possible or practicable for goods to be dropped off, Bendigo Saw Sharpening offer an easy freight service to ensure you can still get your blades serviced in a timely manner.
- For bulkier parcels and pallets, clients can easily send goods using one of our approved freight and transport companies.
- For smaller parcels and cartons, clients can easily utilise our AusPost Reply Paid number to ship goods to us on our account. This enables quick and easy shipment of goods and minimal time spend at your post office.
- All Online Orders will continue to be dispatched promptly - ask us about our next day delivery options if you need your order urgently.
