Shipping & Returns

We will dispatch your order within 1-5 days of us receiving it.  If, due to unforseen circumstances, we are unable to do so, we will contact you and inform you of the expected delivery date.

Sales Taxes


We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .Please contact Bendigo Saw Sharpening to arrange return prior to returning the goods. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

If a fault is found with an item on receipt of order, Bendigo Saw Sharpening must be notified immediately. We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility. A refund will be processed in the same method as the original payment.

Freight on Returns

Freight on returns is the responsibility of the sender and MUST be sent via a company that provides a tracking number and signature on delivery. You must notify Bendigo Saw Sharpening immediately upon return of your product to us.
